CHALLENGE
The Target
Integrate AI upskilling and career-specific learning content from 10+ industry leaders, each with different formats and methods for measuring progress, into one cohesive experience that doesn’t overwhelm users.
SOLUTION
How We Hit It
Built a new Verizon learning platform that uses a unified visual language, standardized content structure, and consistent progress patterns to seamlessly bring these varied learning experiences together in one simple, intuitive destination.

🧭 Information Architecture
Mapped the platform’s information architecture to organize diverse learning content into a clear, intuitive experience.

Designed the platform experience and supporting Verizon.com pages, creating a cohesive path from discovery to learning.

Created visual assets and platform copy to bring the experience to life and make complex learning content approachable.

Created detailed design specifications for developers and authored content directly into the CMS to support a smooth build and launch.

Supported communications, newsletters, and email campaigns while contributing to QA, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support.
Bringing the AI Platform to life required designing not just the learning experience, but the supporting ecosystem that would connect users to it, from platform architecture and content to communications.
